The joint venture of AMC-5 and Constructora Calaf has started the work corresponding to Phase 1 of the rehabilitation and comprehensive reform of Casa Vicens in Barcelona, which will open as a museum in autumn 2016. This is a residence built by Antoni Gaudí between 1883 and 1888, located in the Carolinas street, number 24. Casa Vicens is, since 2005, a World Heritage Site.
