Constructora Calaf will perform the execution of the construction of the new Primary Care Centre Molí Nou in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). Work on the new building will be made on a plot with an area of 1,633 m2, irregularly shaped. The building is divided into two floors: ground and first floor. Around the building itself there will be interior courtyards that will facilitate the ventilation of all rooms, allowing them to be naturally illuminated.
