This award highlights the work carried out on this emblematic building, where the Lean methodology has been applied to <strong>optimize processes, eliminate waste, and maximize value for the client<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This recognition is the result of the effort, involvement, and commitment of the entire team that participated in the project, and it consolidates CALAF Grup&#8217;s dedication to efficient, collaborative, and results-oriented construction.
