Healthcare, Social Care, and Scientific Field

At CALAF Constructora, we possess extensive experience in the construction of facilities that serve people: hospitals, health centers, assisted living residences, and scientific research buildings. These are demanding projects where the quality of execution is paramount to ensuring safe, functional, and efficient environments.

We collaborate with public administrations, foundations, and private operators, contributing construction expertise and technical capacity to realize spaces that have a direct impact on collective health, care, and well-being.

Each project undertaken in the healthcare and social care sector is a crucial component of the health and care system. Consequently, we approach them with rigor, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to ultimate quality. We construct spaces designed for longevity, optimal functionality, and enhanced user experience.

Hospitals

We construct new hospital buildings, extensions, and new annexes to existing facilities. We adapt to complex functional programs and ensure the execution of highly demanding construction systems: mixed structures, technical enclosures, technical rooms, spaces with high-density installations, and hospital-grade finishes.

ExamplesNew buildings for hospitalization services, rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, or hospital laboratories.

At CALAF Constructora, we develop these centers with criteria of sustainability, accessibility, and user experience-oriented design, ensuring comfortable spaces for professionals and patients.
