The rehabilitation works of the old house Masia Can Fargas that are being carried out by Constructora Calaf, advance to host a music school in the district of Horta-Guinardó of Barcelona before year end. The house consists of several buildings that have been transformed since the thirteenth century around a defensive Romanesque tower dating from the eleventh century and listed as National Cultural Interest. Outside is surrounded by a landscaped area of 4,000 m2 on two levels.
