The building has been projected by architect Sert who finds it essential to recover the old building.
The works are developed in two of three modules that make up the building, module 1 being in operation during the progress of works. Module 2 will be subject to a comprehensive reform to adapt and recover the space structure of three classrooms per floor. Module 3 consists of the construction of a new body to communicate modules 1 and 2.
In the outside, the project conditions the central and front parts of the courtyard by removing several architectural barriers.
