Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalonia (FCG), a public company operating in the fields of transport and tourism in Catalunya, has been awarded the first Prize for the Best Infrastructure in 2016 for the works carried out to extend the line “Metro del Vallès”, in which Calaf Constructora participated. The award, presented by the Advisory Council for Infrastructure of Catalonia recognizes categories such as developer, designer, builder and site management. It recognizes the fact of being a “good example” of development on demand and offer a good balance between cost benefit and for integrating new technologies.
