Calaf Constructora has revised and updated its Plan for Equal Opportunities between women and men. This Equality Plan was drawn up voluntarily and is reviewed periodically, taking into account the premises established in Organic Law 3/2007 on effective equality between women and men.

The Equality Plan focuses on 10 areas of action whose ultimate aim is to ensure that women are discriminated against and that they have the same opportunities as men.

Among other issues, Calaf Constructora’s equality plan addresses different protocols with criteria of written communication and non-sexist language, criteria of conciliation of work, family and personal life. Prevention of harassment and violence in the workplace, criteria for preventing discrimination on the basis of sex, etc.

In addition, the Equality Plan maintains a system of indicators that make it possible to monitor and measure the actions taken and to show that decisions are being made from a gender perspective.

The review of the Equality Plan of Calaf Constructora is part of the corporate strategy in all matters relating to its social responsibility.
