The comprehensive renovation of the Aura Seguros company building, located in the urban center of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, has completely reinvented its presence in the city and the functionality of its interiors. Inspired by a commitment to flexibility and transparency, the project has updated the main facade and opened the interior to natural light through a large central skylight and open-plan spaces designed for work and collaboration.

The new metallic facade, featuring LED light points, acts as a filter between the exterior and interior activities, projecting the company’s identity. Concurrently, the technical installations have been optimized, lighting and ventilation comfort enhanced, and the building adapted to meet accessibility requirements.

The outcome is a building that has not only undergone a visual and functional transformation but also reaffirms its role within the urban fabric as a modern, efficient, and welcoming focal point.
