A space for essential community services

CALAF Constructora has completed the adaptation of the Corró d’Avall Cultural Center, a multifunctional facility located in the building that was initially intended to be an auditorium theatre. The project, a result of a citizen participation process, has allowed the space to be converted into a 5,279 m² facility that integrates a primary care center (CAP), a library, and a multi-sports pavilion.

With an investment of over 4.5 million euros, the new center addresses the socio-health, cultural, and sports needs of the municipality. The intervention has included the adaptation of existing structures, the creation of new interior spaces, and the implementation of modern facilities, significantly improving citizen care and the quality of public services in Corró d’Avall and its surroundings.
