Project for the urbanization of the Xàmenes industrial and logistics sector, located between Martorell and Sant Esteve Sesrovires, with a total area of 36,791 m². The project aims to provide the area with the necessary infrastructure and services for industrial use, with a strategic location and direct connection to the A-2 and AP-7.
The development is framed within the Baix Llobregat Nord Urban Planning Master Plan and places special emphasis on sustainability and landscape integration. The project incorporates architectural quality and energy efficiency measures that allow economic growth to be reconciled with respect for the territory and the natural environment.
