Restoring heritage to shape the future

At CALAF Constructora, we have completed the exterior restoration of Masia de Can Felip, an original 12th-century building located adjacent to the Johan Cruyff Stadium in Sant Joan Despí. The project, commissioned by FC Barcelona and designed by PB2 Arquitectes, focused on the structural and heritage recovery of this protected building, integrating it as a new office space within the Sports City.

With a surface area of 1,180 m² distributed over four floors, the intervention has preserved valuable historical elements such as the medieval watchtower, the stone arches, and the original vaults, while reinforcing foundations, roofs, and facades. The interior, awaiting conditioning in subsequent phases, will accommodate new uses related to the club’s services.

A unique intervention, with significant symbolic weight and technical complexity, which reaffirms our expertise in rehabilitation projects and architectural heritage.
