Decent and sustainable housing to transform the city
At CALAF Constructora, we have completed the construction of 28 social housing units in Block O of the Sant Roc neighborhood in Badalona, as part of the relocation program of the Catalan Land Institute (INCASÒL). This initiative is part of the fourth phase of the neighborhood’s redevelopment plan and replaces buildings affected by structural issues.
The building consists of a basement floor, a ground floor, and seven upper floors, with four housing units per landing. All apartments have three bedrooms and are equipped with sustainable systems such as solar panels for domestic hot water and separate networks for rainwater and wastewater.
A project that reaffirms our commitment to quality public housing and the urban regeneration of vulnerable areas.
