At CALAF Constructora, we are participating in the development of the Isla B project, located on Carrer del Foc in Marina del Prat Vermell (Barcelona), one of the city’s most significant urban transformation areas. Promoted by AQ Acentor and featuring architecture by binarq, the project is integrated into the AQ Urban Fira complex, contributing to the consolidation of a new neighborhood model that combines housing, economic activity, and public space.

The project includes the construction of a residential complex of approximately 205 homes, with diverse typologies and spaces oriented toward current needs. The project incorporates underground parking, community areas, and green spaces, creating a high-quality residential environment.

The proposal is developed with sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, aligning with the city model promoted by Marina del Prat Vermell. In this context, we contribute to the creation of a more vibrant and connected environment, reinforcing our construction methods and our commitment to the territory.
