CALAF Constructora has built this social and healthcare building in the municipality of Palau-solità i Plegamans, designed to offer the highest quality of life to seniors in a functional, accessible, and welcoming environment.
With an area of over 5,000 m², the project includes 30 self-contained apartments and 18 rooms with direct access to communal areas such as a gym, swimming pool, and multi-purpose room. The facade incorporates adjustable aluminum louvers that promote thermal comfort and energy efficiency, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability and people-centered architecture.
