A new space for health, light, and community in the Molí Nou neighborhood

At CALAF Constructora, we carried out the construction of the new Primary Care Centre (CAP) Molí Nou, a modern and functional healthcare facility that replaces the old neighborhood clinic after more than 30 years in operation.

The building, spanning 1,602 m² across two floors, was erected on an irregular plot surrounded by streets with high urban activity. The design incorporates several interior courtyards that provide natural light and cross-ventilation to all consulting rooms and care areas.

The center features 24 consulting rooms, areas for specialties such as psychology and psychiatry, treatment areas, a health education classroom, and staff areas. It serves over 13,500 people, improving primary care and the healthcare experience in the neighborhood.
